Information on Car Shine Pty Ltd closing down and restructuring / relocating sale

Car Shine Pty Ltd, (fashion for Cars) will be closing its current showroom and workshop in early 2017 to restructure and move the business to online sales only.

Car Shine will honour all customer product warranties, returns and continue product support throughout 2017 and onwards.

A select range of goods will be sold online and supersided stock will be cleared and no longer available.

Car Shine Pty Ltd has decided that it intends to close the business as it currently is and restructure into 2017 with a strong focus on new product lines and sales online exclusively.
This process will take several months and the business will continue to trade normally throughout this period.

Car Shine will honour all product warranties, returns and conditions as per our normal T&C's.

FAQ's

1. I've just purchased a product - what happens now?

Dont worry and be assured that we will support your product and there is no risk to your warranty as stated under Australian consumer law.

2. I have a product on order / backorder and I want to cancel, can I do that?

There is no risk to your order and we will continue to sell items until closing date. We will continue to fulfil any orders after closing and into 2017.
However if you still decide you want to cancel the order you are welcome to do so.

3. Can I return a product to Car Shine? What will happen after Car Shine closes?

You will be able to return any faulty products as per our normal terms and conditions to our new online only warehouse.

4. Will my online order be fulfilled?

We are clearing most of our stock via our Online Shop and locally at our store in Melbourne. All online orders will be fulfilled and we will be moving to an online only sales business.

5. Spare parts in the future?

We will do our best to provide product support after closing and restructuring into 2017. Any spare parts if available will still be able to be purchased as special orders.
